Julkaisut täyttävät yhden tai useamman seuraavista ehdoista:

1) Julkaisu sisältää pistiäishavaintoja Suomesta.
2) Julkaisussa on hyödynnetty Suomesta kerättyä pistiäisaineistoa.
3) Julkaisun tulokset vaikuttavat Suomen pistiäisten nimistöön tai luokitteluun.
